What do these statuses mean?
  • Pickup: request created, pickup scheduled, parcel collected.
  • In Transit: parcel moving between hubs, airports and customs.
  • Delivery: parcel out for delivery or delivered to receiver.

If your shipment shows “In Transit” for more than 3 working days without update, please contact our support team with your Tracking ID for a detailed status.

Tracking FAQs

In city routes, movement is usually same‑day. For international shipments, parcels may stay at origin hub while consolidation and export documentation are done. If it stays more than 3 working days, contact support.

Sometimes delivery gets marked after handover to reception / security. Please verify with them once. If still not found, contact us with Tracking ID; we will pull the POD and delivery partner details.

Our team updates the Google tracking sheet whenever there is a major event: pickup, hub in/out, customs clear, line‑haul departure/arrival and delivery. Most movements reflect within a few hours.
